HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Posted by SpicyGRITS on 11/13/2009

This Bank has the wost customer service I have ever experienced in my 48 years! I have cried many times, simply broken down because 'they' had no explanations for me. The departments don't work well together AT ALL! I have to say Especially Keoka Jenkins code in the Insurance Department! I received letters from her, I called and left messages for months with no response. Then I finally employed the loan department to try to help me, they did but they could not get a response from Keoka Jenkins! This went on for a year and a half! Actually, I should say this is going on for a year and a half, it's still not straightened out!
